Read the data-use and retention termsAccounts and permissions keep agency work separated. Staff conversations are private to their owner; admin access is not automatic access to those conversations.
Saved Assistant conversations and agency guidance are encrypted. Original uploaded documents are discarded after text extraction.
Saved conversations expire 30 days after creation and can be deleted sooner. Agency guidance stays until an administrator deletes it. Backups have separate retention.
McBride Method does not use your agency’s content to train its own general-purpose models. Selected AI providers process submitted content; their retention terms apply. Use only agency-approved information and provider options.
